The management team at Cleartrip has over 50 years of experience in travel and online businesses in B2C and B2B environments in India and other markets across the world. Cleartrip is funded by Ram Shriram, Sherpalo Ventures and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, two leading venture capitalists in the Silicon Valley who have supported and helped build some of the most successful online companies globally giving Cleartrip high credibility and access to a wealth of experience and guidance.

Position: Product Manager

Reports to:  VP Product Management

Direct Reports: None

The perfect candidate is a strategic thinker who is extremely analytical and detail oriented and great at multitasking and prioritizing, as well. As product manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of the product line, identify market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.  

Key Responsibilities:  

    * Effectively collaborate with business, marketing, technical and design teams to develop requirements, prioritize enhancements, translate into MRDs/PRDs and drive projects to completion.
    * Conduct competitive analysis and identify areas for differentiation.
    * Flair with numbers with a continuous focus on metrics & data.
    * Build positive relationships and trust over time through strong on-time delivery, high quality, continuous innovation, and exceeding expectations.
    * Meticulously think through every aspect of the user experience, putting users' needs and expectations first in the definition of requirements.
    * Aggressively identify opportunities for improvement, and incorporate new product features on an ongoing basis

 

Experience / Skills (Preferred):

Minimum of 3 years of product management experience. Online industry experience would be definite plus.  

Qualifications - Minimum:

BE, MBA preferred

    * Experience with business users and able to translate business requirement into product requirements.
