    Job Description
    We are looking for candidates with the following:
    -Experience working in large organizations/ MNCs
    -Handling large multiple projects/programs
    -Handling large teams of at least 250 - 300+ people
    -Excellent Client facing/relationship skills
    -Pleasing personality, energetic
    -Excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills
    -Knowledge of onsite/offshore model, India as offshore destination
    -Knowledge/experien ce of application development and maintenance, different technology areas, software life cycles, estimation, different service lines, quality processes, pre-sales, etc.
    -Knowledge/project experience in Insurance industry preferred
    -Handling people and their issues
    -Ability to spot opportunities proactively and work for business growth
    -Eye for details, metrics oriented
    -Crisis, escalation handling
    -Cultural understanding
    -Project oversight

    Roles & Responsibilities
    The position requires handling large teams. Enhancing our standing in the industry by helping us identify, win and execute cutting edge projects for marquee customers and participation in key industry wide initiatives. Helping extrapolate experience gained in one customer organization across multiple customer organizations.
