Experience Required (Description) :
* People and Teaming: Working with Head Office Management Team, Regional management and HR Team to build a successful sales team in the assigned territory Customer and market focus Drive transformation and Sales processes Manage talent
* Drive programs/ initiatives Set clear direction Work across the organization
* Build and develop sales force capability to focus on higher value customized and consultative solution engagements.
* Foster a winning culture: Accountability, Ownership, Competitive, and Passion-To-Win Manage the day-to-day operations e.g. Sales targeting, transactional activities, alliance management, teaming, etc
Roles & Responsibilities
* The Regional Business Manager shall be accountable for the direction, management and performance of the sales operations in Mumbai region, including directing and managing the long-term strategy and day-to-day operations of the sales organization.
* The Regional Business Manager reports locally to the Regional Business Head of Company Mumbai Region .
* In addition, the Regional Business Manager reports, on a matrix-basis, to Head -India Sales, Systems & Technology Division in order to ensure alignment of strategy and plans, and compliance to the sales processes and strategic initiatives.
* Mumbai Systems & Technology Team The Mumbai S&T region is the biggest region for the S&T division across the country in terms of revenue.
* The Go to Market Team in Mumbai region comprises of Enterprise Team Corporate/Midmarket Team Distribution Team Microsoft Business Team Regional Practice Team (which includes product specialist) Role involves providing leadership to the above mentioned team.
* Each of the above team has a Regional Sales Manager/Team Leader who reports in to the Regional Business Manager.
* Total Team size is about 20 persons.
* This does not include the operations team which provides support to the field.
* RBM is required to work closely with the Head India Sales to develop region/team specific strategies, translate these strategies in to actionable plans, and is accountable for the successful execution of such plans. He is required to drive the Sales Strategy, Sales Performance while managing and motivating the vibrant team
