Location: Currently we have opening for Inside Sales Lead - Manufacuturing Vertical.
JD:
Inside Sales Lead
1) Jointly responsible for New Business Acquisition by providing support to the sales team through Cold Calling & Fixing Meetings/Concalls.
2) Jointly responsible for Existing Account Penetration by cross selling/upselling the various service offerings by making calls into Identified Departments/SPOCs.
3) Ensure quality of lead generation/funnel growth. Ensure maximum business generation by tracking Calls>Conversations>Meetings Fixation>RFX>Deal Closure for the respective domain.
4) Conduct Market/Industry research, client specific research & prepare white papers and collaterals for domain centric calling. Research & Create Databases & Account Maps at all levels of the client organizations, to enable maximum first time hit ratio.
5) Enable Pre-RFX support- Providing customized sales collaterals and presentations for customer meetings.
6) Provide support to the sales teams by coordinating RFI/RFP responses with offshore teams & facilitating client visits.
7) Provide support to sales to plan and organize events and conferences.
8) Interface with the Bid Management & Sales teams and work on the business objectives for new business in the respective domain.
9) Team Management & Goal Setting: Manage and monitor the performance of Inside sales team members by jointly carrying the target for lead generation.
10) Create Process excellence for Inside sales team & ensure 100% capturing of the leads identified.
11) Compiling monthly team reports for senior management, including Quarterly newsletter releases for all key accounts.
12) Training sessions for new joiners. Keeping the team updated on the latest in assigned vertical from HCL’s perspective.
13) Ensure career development of the sales team members.
14) Participate in 360 feedback exercise and actively seek feedback for self development.
15) Timely completion of appraisals for team members.
16) Manage attrition control in the team and retention of key performers.
This job involves day Shift.Experience in Manufacturing vertical will be added advantage.
