            1)       Impact P&L by managing healthy win/bid ratio

            2)       Develop win strategies for proposal and structure proposals consistent with business objectives.

            3)       Execute pre-sales contract strategies and proposals: To actively contribute during different stages of RFx starting from Deal Evaluation, Opportunity analysis, Story Boarding, Proposal summary & writing, till the final submission to the client.

            4)       Have the requisite commercial & business acumen & participate in contracting & commercial negotiation of the bid.

            5)       Provide Pre RFI support to the sales teams by preparing customized PPTs on the concerned domain demonstrating HCL capability.

            6)       Analyze & communicate to the relevant stakeholders learnings post RFX submission: Proposal Review/Learning and Win/Loss analysis.

            7)       Interfacing with client during various stages of RFX and client visits & ensure uniform messaging & positioning.

            8)       Ensure Customer Referencability

            9)       Ensure Collateral Preparation, it’s relevance to the need of the client/sales team & it’s reusability. It includes Domain capability slide deck, Client specific collaterals & value packs, Micro-vertical Service articulation, Account Maps, Case Studies etc. and maintain a repository of best practices. Ensure accessability of all through Wiki.

            10)    Develop good understanding of the designate industry segment and update knowledge periodically on market indicators, IT Spend, outsourcing trends, top 20 customers, opportunities available.

            11)    Develop good understanding of competition to be able to create differentiator for HCL offerings/ pricing in the bid.

            12)    Pursue Thought Leadership including preparation of value propositions for the specified domain in co-ordination with Sales, Delivery & Marketing teams.

            13)    Pursue identification of any new service introductions/emerging technologies.
            14)    Identify potential acquisition and/or co-sourcing opportunities.
