1) Jointly responsible for New Business Acquisition by providing support to the sales team for new business acquisition
2) Jointly responsible for Existing Account Penetration by providing support to the sales team for cross selling/upselling.
3) Ensure quality of Sales support and opportunity support. Ensure maximum business generation thru quality RFX responses for the respective domain.
4) Research & Create Databases & Account Maps at all levels of the client organizations, to enable maximum first time hit ratio.
5) Enable Pre-RFX support- Providing customized sales collaterals and presentations for customer meetings.
6) Program manage the bid process end to end and be responsible for all deal deliverables – qualification ,response documents, bid defense , solution workshops, due diligence , site visits, supporting contract negotiation, transition etc. Maintain high win to bid ratio.
7) Provide support to the sales teams by coordinating RFI/RFP responses with offshore teams & facilitating client visits.
9) Team Management & Goal Setting: Manage and monitor the performance of the Sales support team members
10) Create Process excellence for Sales Support team & ensure that it meets the Sales team’s objectives.
11) Compiling monthly team reports for senior management.
12) Training sessions for new joiners. Keeping the team update on latest in assigned vertical from HCL’s perspective.
13) Ensure career development of the sales support team members.
14) Participate in 360 feedback exercise and actively seek feedback for self development.
15) Timely completion of appraisals for team members.
16) Manage attrition control in the team and retention of key performers.
17) Knowledge Management System: Creation of Collaterals & ensure accessibility through Wiki.
