Location: Head – Business Operations Excellence for a leading BPO/ITES Organisation, Bangalore
Our Client, a leading BPO/ITeS Firm is looking for a Head – Business Operations. This is a very senior staff function, reporting into the CEO :
* Monitor the performance of Service Delivery and customer engagements across the organization
* Monitor the Operational P&L
* Identify areas for operational excellence
* Interact with senior operational leadership team to get such initiatives executed.
15 + years of experience, MBA at least 8 plus years in very large BPO space. Deep understanding of the International BPO Business (service delivery, operations, client engagements/management) and should have managed large ( e.g large site head) level operations.
