Location: We are currently supporting System Analyst requirements with our client an US MNC Captive in Bangalore. Details are given below.
Exp: 2yrs to 5 yrs
Qualifications -
BE/Btech & MBA only with min 60+% through out the academics(Tier 1 Institutes)
System Analyst
Responsibilities:
Possess skills to document and analyze business processes and validate feasibility of specific enhancements, planned by business units, aimed at process efficiency using technology.
Define appropriate controls on the process to ensure that business objectives are met. Define requirements in detail to ensure that the technology solution meets the "improved efficiency" needs.
Financial management or process background is essential, with individual contribution roles in automation initiatives.
Strong analytics, ability to work with people to gather information and formal / structured presentation skills are a must.
KRA:
1. Deliver business and technology map of a consolidated business process with complete documentation on controls, reports and data.
2. Develop in-depth collateral to establish business benefits for that specific area.
3. Understand complete cost in delivery of the newly defined business process.
