We are currently looking for a Astt Manager- Manufacturing with the topmost FMCG Group of India. BE / BTech- IIT/ REC (NIT)/ DCE/ BITS graduates only with 2-6 yrs experience in Maintenance function in the FMCG/ Process industry.

Candidate Profile : BE / BTech- IIT/ REC (NIT)/ DCE/ PCE/ BITS/ Thapar/ Top State Engg College graduates only with 2-6 yrs experience in Manufacturing (Production) function in the FMCG/ Process industry.
Key Result Areas
1.. To meet daily, weekly and monthly volume requirement.
2.. To achieve plant KPM of Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost.
3.. Implementation of Quality systems e.g. ISO 9001, HACCP, 5S, SGA etc.
4.. To work on the optimization of cost and continuous process improvement.
5.. To meet all production targets ensuring quality, on time delivery and optimization of resources.
6.. Knowledge of utility equipments (Boilers, Compressors, water treatment plant etc.).
7.. Knowledge of statutes relating to factories, GMPs and HACCP.
8.. Completely familiar with latest manufacturing concepts like Lean Manufacturing (JIT, 5S, TPM, KAIZEN etc), SPC and SQC.
9.. Knowledge of Product Quality norms and the impact of process variability on product quality.
10.. Sufficient technical expertise to identify and distinguish between routine and exceptional product quality problems'/ equipment downtime.
Job Location : Manufacturing Plants across locations in India
Salary : Best in the FMCG industry. Could range around Rs.11.0 Lpa
