Location: I am looking for a COO(Civil engineer+MBA with 25 +yrs of exp in
construction)-Commercial property development for one the fastest
growing Infrastructure development company in India- with projects in
the area of SEZ,Highways,Airports etc
The person will be reporting to the CEO and would be based out of Hyderabad.
The person will lead project management and operations;lead all
commercial and financial activities of the property development for
the assigned project(s) including financial planning and analysis,
investment appraisal, project finance, supporting bid management for
new projects, contributing in financial forecasts for future business
growth and working with corporate finance to develop financing
strategies. Drive client relationships, business development and
liaison with government bodies
