Manager – Strategic solution designing (Bid Management)

I am writing from HRD India Consulting, a senior and mid level focused executive search firm.

About the role, this is a very strategic role involving strategic solution designing for the clients across verticals and domains based on the clients needs/problems understanding & analysis.

Incumbent will be responsible for conceptualizing innovative services/advisory/consulting solutions for the clients. Setting up & developing bid-management function for the company, help writing proposals, doing client presentations etc. would be the additional responsibilities.

Looking for a person from TOP MBA schools who have experience in strategy/strategic consulting role with top consulting organization. Candidate must be a smart professional with problem solving, consultative & very innovative mid set.

Candidate must have 6+years of experience (at least 2+years post MBA experience) with a consulting company. Experience of proposal development, RFP/RFI reply preparation, client presentation will be given preference.

Client of HRD India Consulting is one of the TOP NASDAQ listed ITES organization. Role is based at Noida.
