Roles and Responsibilities

- Taking ADM outsourcing solutions developed by bid teams to customers and leading workshops and presentations

- Developing strong relationship with client senior management during the bid process by program managing all client interactions and deliverables

- Providing leadership to the team responsible for responding to bids and solution definition

- Providing outsourcing advisory services to customer around ADM outsourcing strategies and creating business case for client senior management

Skills & Experience Required  

- Proven experience in leading large ADM outsourcing deals

- Good presentation skills with specific experience in leading customer workshops for ADM solutions

- Experience in solution definition for outsourcing engagements preferably in engagements driven by third party advisors

- 12 to 15 years of overall work experience

Base location as Bangalore but with extensive travel to client locations
