This position is raised due to an internal transfer and facing work lapse, fast on closure for new resource within a week
· - Job Title : Service Account Manager
· - Business : Enterprise Services

· Location : Mumbai
· Over all exp : 8 and above yrs
·
Role and Responsibilities :
· - 8 and above yrs of experience in Services selling platform , with atleast 5 yrs in selling services within Infrastructure Services
· - Responsible for managing new business for Enterprise Services from given set of accounts
· - A central point of contact — Manages all customer service activities either onsite or remotely from the facility.
· - Proactive support — Identifies service trends and potential issues, and recommends improvements, including interoperability and software patches.
· - Informed strategic planning and recommendations — Develops personalized support recommendations based on specific business requirements.
· - Centralized service management — Coordinates service activities and ensures issues receive immediate attention and rapid escalation.
Currently involved in Multivendor support services / service attached business, value added services & linux / open source products.
Mandatory :
Should have experience handling large services of around 10Mn+.( within the datacenter setup for storage ,servers )
esp : ( NON INTEL , NON MICROSOFT product , services selling )
