Location: Requirement for a Sales Manager for Software products for North American customers
I'm looking for a sales manager who can handle software products. All the products are web based and are customizable (not just off the shelf products). The desired profile is as below.
1. Experience in selling software products and applications to North American customers.
2. Experience in handling the full sales cycle right from lead generation to sales closure.
3. Needs to be a motivated hands on go getter person. He would be the primary person in the team but would build the team as the business grows.
4. The focus is more on the ability than experience but about 3 to 4 years in international software sales would help.
5. The primary target audience is North America and the person needs to be willing to work in the appropriate shift timing to enable this.
6. He/she would need to have excellent communication and written and spoken English skills.
7. Person will report directly to the CEO based in the US.
