Designation: General Manager
Reports to : VP sales India and Middle East
Exp: 10 to 15 yrs
Qualification: BE / Btech with MBA preferred but not a constraint
Location: Initially will be in Delhi Region (NCR), India and eventually to move ME.
Responsibilities:
* Will be responsible for setting up and driving the business in Middle East markets. * Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies for penetrating new accounts * Sales & Business Development of Application development, Support Services, Testing, RIM, ERP and CRM services. * New business development initaitives across Middle East countires for all IT services and solutions. * Should be capable of managing large teams.
Desired Profile
* Hands on experience in selling IT services and solutions * Should have atleast 5+ yrs of experince on ME markets. * Experience in setting up sales organisation from scratch. * Should have handled large teams. * Self driven and motivated to achieve success in sales. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work hands-on in a demanding professional set up.
