Job Details:
Deliverables/KRA ( Measurable)
- Responsible for Managing the P&L for Logistics
- Responsible for successful delivery of all projects under the sub vertical
- Responsible for Pre-sales support
- Responsible for Building accelerators that would differentiate Syntel in the Market place
Competencies required to perform the role.
- Should have managed a minimum portfolio size of 30 - 50 million directly
- Excellent understanding of the logistics domain and the customer landscape
- Very good understanding of Offshore / onsite delivery and CMM/CMMI
- Excellent client management skills
- Excellent People Management Skills
Experience
- At least 15 years experience in IT Services out of which 4 years in a Senior Delivery/ Engagement Management role
- At least 5 years in Logistics Domain
- Good Understanding of Technical Landscape
- At least 2 years at onsite in an Engagement/Sr. Account manager role ( Preferred)
Qualifications
- BE/MCA / MBA or any post graduation
- PMP certified
- Logistics domain certified ( Preferred)
