Location: This is Maheswaran from IKYA Human Capital Solutions, Chennai. We are having the following requirement for the position of Developer Relations Manager with one of our TOP Client.

Developer Relations Manager

Loctaion:  Gurgaon

Your role will be to act as subject matter expert on the India developer community, identifying and unlocking opportunities to include 3rd party applications into the Device and Services GTM planning process and execution phases.

 In practice this will involve identifying and looking after innovative developers in your region, along with driving the adoption of relevant technologies by the developers. In order to bring services and applications within the reach of our client, you will constantly collaborate with software vendors and developers. In addition to this, you will work with senior management and Our Client’s business groups to build a common go-to-market strategy for key partnerships. Developing and implementing the regional strategy, facilitating and customizing Our Client’s Forum initiatives as well as managing the application offering for our Client’s product launches are other key challenges you will face.


Scope of Responsibilities

·         Outbound:  Identify, engage and develop 3rd party application developers on Nokia platforms.

·         Inbound:  Working with different units of our Client(GTM, Category Management, Operator Account teams,  Media and Games Team) as a channel to market
          for Our Client’s Forum developers

·         Facilitating distribution of completed applications through various channels including Ovi Store and developing new channels for application distribution

·         Working with technical support, global marketing, Platform Solutions, and other teams within Our Client’s Forum to increase Our Client’s success in the
          mobile platform software industry

·         Implementing the Our Client’s Forum Developers and Channels strategy for Asia and executing against quantitative objectives
