Location: POSITION: FUNCTIONAL PRE SALES MANAGER – RETAIL (Open Position – 1)
REPORTS TO: Head of Sales
EXPERIENCE: 10 years and beyond
POSITION LOCATION: Bangalore
BROAD OUTLINE:
1. This person will lead the pre-sales process from a functional perspective.
2. Have a strong understanding of (International) Retail business practices, processes and nuances.
3. Would have worked as a Retail Business Analyst for at least 5 years.
4. Should have worked with Tier-1 and Tier-2 Retailers in the US and Europe on the following projects:
a. Package selection and implementation (Merchandising systems, POS, etc)
b. Worked with business users (merchandising, marketing, operations) and created ‘functional requirements document’
c. Documented business processes within merchandising
5. Exposure to the BI and analytics is valuable, but not essential.
6. Client facing skills – communication (both written and verbal) should be outstanding
EDUCATION: Graduate Degree in Engineering and MBA
