Primary Responsibilities of Position:
 

    * Business Development & Opportunity Identification Processes
    * Capability Sourcing Opportunity Identification studies – Deep dives & operating model studies
    * Consultative sales, He / She would need to partner and build strong relationships with US / International business partners (actual and potential)
    * Conceptualize products & solutions
    * Business Development activities

      - Providing subject matter expertise in the Outsourcing and/or Offshoring industry
      - Creating Core vs. Non-Core Assessments
      - Analyzing outsourcing trends
      - Applying practical experience with the full lifecycle of BPO transactions for business partner projects
      - Managing proposal development and negotiations
      - Managing process and content through storyboarding
      - Devising and delivering key messages to business partners
      - Driving decision making processes to assist business partners with next step conclusions
      - Identifying potential add on opportunities with existing business partners

    * Account Relationship Development (CF) – Please refer to SDL ARD JD


    * Capability Sourcing discussions with Business Planning Board Leaders & their teams

Key Success Factors:  (Specific expectations during next 6 – 18 months)
 The incumbent may be required to travel extensively and even may need to stay out of India for extended periods of time. The expectation is this role would require the leader to travel (50%)

    * Must possess problem solving, planning and analytical skills to facilitate and focus on continuous improvement / improvisation and innovation
    * financial acumen , with excellent communication and influencing skills

 
 
Experience/Education Required:
    * Professional Business leader with Financial Services BPO industry experience
    * 8 -10 years work experience
    * Excellent academic background
    * MBA from Tier I or Tier II B-School

 

Minimum of 5-6 years of work experience in BPO Business development / Process Migration. Should have experience running operations and with process improvement projects and initiatives.

The position is based out of Noida and salary will be in the range of 18-24 lacs.
