* Consultative sales, He / She would need to partner and build strong relationships with US business partners (actual and potential) * Conceptualize products & solutions specific to the US Insurance businesses * Business Development activities o Providing subject matter expertise in the Outsourcing and/or Offshoring industry o Understand business products & solutions, QBRs, business leader alignment, environment assessment, business drivers, end user problems, service & support, VoC o Develop cross sell plan based on above o Deflect barriers to adoption, Identify technology enablers, critical needs o Understand positioning & differentiation o Create BD programs / segment roadmap / opportunity priority for each area o Devising and delivering key messages to business partners Identifying potential add on opportunities with existing business partners
Relationships include * Capability Sourcing discussions with Business Planning Board Leaders & their teams
Key Success Factors: (Specific expectations during next 6 – 18 months) The incumbent may be required to travel extensively and even may need to stay out of India for extended periods oftime. The expectation is this role would require the leader to travel (50%)
Responsibility for Growth Knowledge of the US Insurance Industry Attributes/Skills Required: * Strong Business Leader with a demonstrated ability to obtain results in a wide variety of business areas * Clear display of flexibility and adaptability to business partner / customer needs * Extremely strong Analytical Ability and an eye for detail * Flawless written & oral communications skills, extremely strong interpersonal skills * Advanced powerpoint and spreadsheet skills * Demonstrated ability to multi-task and obtain results in a fast paced environment * Must possess strong results orientation and a flair for building relationships * Must possess problem solving, planning and analytical skills to facilitate and focus on continuous improvement / improvisation and innovation * Financial acumen, with excellent communication and influencing skills
Experience/Education Required: * Professional Business leader with Insurance BPO industry experience * 8-10 years work experience * Excellent academic background * MBA from Tier I or Tier II B-School
Minimum of 5-6 years of work experience in BPO Business development / Process Migration. Should have experience running operations and with process improvement projects and initiatives.
The position is based out of Noida and salary will be in the range of 18-24 lacs.
