Location: Country Head - India Sales for an IT Company @ Delhi/ Mumbai

With more than 5000 associates and sales and operations presence across US, UK, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Middle East, South Africa, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Japan and Poland, the Company delivers comprehensive services in mission-critical applications, enterprise applications, e-business, BPO Services.
Our client is the world's first enterprise-wide SEI CMM Level 5 Company and now a CMMI Level 5 Company with industry expertise that spans across Utilities, Retail and Distribution, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance, Manufacturing and Telecommunications.
We need following candidate for them.
Job Title : Country Head - India Sales
Location : Delhi or Mumbai
Education : Engg/ MBA from good Institutes
Experience : 10 - 18 Years ( out of which 7-8 yrs in sales and 3-4 yrs in India sales )
Compensation : As per market with no constraints for the right candidate
Candidate Requirements :
1. Candidate should be a hardcore Sales/ BD person from IT products/ services companies
2. Should have extensive exposure to markets in India and well-connected with potential accounts
3. Should be exposed to handling and closing large IT deals in Govt and Corporates and extensive Govt exposure is an absolute must for the role
4. Excellent command over written, verbal and spoken communication and should have great presentation skills
5. Capable of connecting at C-Levels
6. Should have very high achievement motivation
7. Should be willing to travel as per business needs
8. Sales exposure to Supply Chain & Manufacturing Verticals would be an added plus
9. Should be capable of handling sales team in India
