Business Leadership Program
The following induction design is followed for the 9 months program:
1. Three months Value Chain training with one of the group companies to sensitize the candidate towards all business functions.
2. Three months cross functional project with one of the group companies to develop multi functional competencies.
3. Three months functional project with the one of the group companies to develop functional resource pool.
At the end of the program will be posted as Deputy Manager with one of the group companies.me
Candidate Profile:
* Good academic performance and proven leadership quality
Only Batches from 2007 and 2008 can apply .There will be no consideration or any kind relaxation .No 2009-2010 batch please dont apply .
The opening is available for all the four vertical namely MBA HR,MBA Finance ,MBA Marketing and MBA Operation .
