* Candidate must have an experience in Real Estate Industry with Township Planning.
Job Responsibilities
* Estimating, Costing, Budget, Cash Flow
* Scheduling (Construction) and Planning (Period) till Final possessions.
* Coordination with Architects and Consultants
* Structural
* MEP
* MOEF (Ministry of Environment)
* Laying down specifications
* New product development (Market Research)
* Co-coordinating with sites
* Ensuring free flow of drawings and decisions to sites
* Submission of MIS

Functional:
* M.S.Project
* Prima Vera Planning Tools
* Market Trend on new products
* Finance & Costing conceptual clarity
* Computer including Auto CAD
