Roles & Responsibility:
* To help in identifying, articulating & proposing solutions that would help address the needs of the Life Insurance sector with the help of an ecosystem that includes products & services from the divisions and our partners.
* To expand our current set of offerings to Life & Health Insurance customers in partnership with LOBs & Partners.
* To train & equip the BFSI GTM team with a better understanding of Insurance domain so as to create a deeper understanding of the customers
* Business issues and potential solutions.
* To help package/optimize solutions and improve our bid/win success s ratio with multi
* LOB/partner offerings.
* To present every solution to the customer with context and benefits pertaining to the customers business.
* To work closely with the delivery teams & integrated service delivery to ensure we deliver the proposed value to the customer.
Skill & Job Requirement:
* A thorough understanding of Life Insurance domain is essential:
* Knowledge of Health Insurance & Property + Casualty domains is desirable:
* Application of horizontal solutions pertaining to the domain
* Data Warehousing & Mining
* Document Management
* Business Process Management / Business Activity Monitoring
* Mobility
* Others
* Good knowledge of domain specific ISV (Independent Software Vendor) solutions.
* Hardware & software infrastructure required to deliver highly scalable business solutions
* SoA, Cloud etc
* Good written and oral communications particularly with respect to preparing and delivering presentations
* Ability to carry out meaningful discussions with internal business divisions / partners to optimize solutions
