· Ability to handle a team of more than 100 resources.
· Ability to articulate concepts/ideas to customer.
· Ability to run a testing engagement and ensure delivery and quality.
· Willingness to travel at short notice.
· Should be able to do presales activity for V+ like creating the service offering itself
