Location: We are looking to source candidates for Manager- Quality position with TCS BPO Kolkata office.
The purpose of the job or role: To identify problem areas and drive improvement projects based on Six Sigma methodology
Primary Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Six Sigma Projects to deliver targeted results
- Mentor Green Belts and identify improvement projects
- Develop dashboard for management review
- Build six sigma in the DNA of organization
- Implement robust review mechanisms to track progress and for identification of opportunities

- Excellent coordination & communication skills
- Influencing Skills
- Program management skills
- Assertive & Self driven
- An eye for detail and data oriented
- Willing to question everything
- Exposure to six sigma
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Certified Black Belt/Master Black Belt(Green Belt Holders are not eligible)
- Preferably Post-Graduate(not mandatory)
Key Prior Experiences:
- Led implementation of six sigma projects
- Been part of six sigma deployment strategy
Total Experience(in yrs) required is 6 to 12 years
Shifts: General(Day) Shifts
CTC: 10 to 15 LPA Only
