The focus is on heading the operations for the garments polybags division and leading a team of professionals.
KRAs-
1) manage entire unit of specialised polybags (from extrusion to bag making)        
2) ensure the agreed thruput at agreed cost        
3) ensure quality qnd delvery of products        
4) continuosly   improve all product and process parameters
 
Candidate Profile:- engineer or graduate in science   with specialisation or added degree in plastics, aged 32 to 38 yrs with relevant experience in operations with exposure to films/printing/bagmaking. Must have held multi functional responsibilities concurrently for at least last four years
 
Skills required must have handled a unit with at least a turnover of 15 cr pa with min 100 employees.-- excellent man management skillsAnalytical ability

Reasonable technical acumen and business acumen

-requisite communication skills to interact with indian and foreign agency personnel
