Job Code: 14285 Location: Profile for Transition Manager, TCS BPO
Position Summary: Transition Head at TCS BPO will be responsible for improving TCS transition methodology and toolkit for TCS BPO. He/She would drive transition-center of excellence in BPO.
Reporting: The person will be a part of TCS BPO, Mumbai and will report to Delivery Head, TCS BPO.
Job Requirements:
Experience: - 8+ years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in a leading Insurance BPO - Experience of transitioning projects with > 100 people in size (end-state) and multi-country and multi-lingual footprint (or lesser for higher-end controllership functions) - Strong understanding of the core L&P processes - Understanding of BPO operations, quality and service levels
Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong ability to develop and manage client relationships - Good team player who is dynamic and result oriented
Job Responsibilities: - Ensure smooth transition of projects - Further develop TCS transition approach to create a world class transition methodology - Customize the TCS transition approach to account for L&P process and regulatory requirements - Identify, raise and drive closure of issues in transition - Participate in steering committee meetings during transition phase - Collaborate with business development team to create transition approach for prospective clients - Support sales and business development in answering RFI/RFP proposals - Participate in client meetings, presentations and workshops
