The focus is on heading the ATM Services function nationally and leading a team of professionals.

Job Description:  The incumbent will guide the Switch Core Technical Team in all it’s activities covering implementation of the EFT SWITCH in DC, DRC, customer or any other location, Training of the Implementation Teams, Testing of patches and application thereof in production environment, development of Interface documents, troubleshooting, System configuration.
He should ensure that the Core Technical Team or the team responsible therefore keeps the DRC always in sync with the DC save for the limitations, if any, of the Replication Mechanism adopted.
He will act as the central point for all escalations and management of issues that emanate from clients who have obtained Switch License from our clients or have opted for our client’s Services either under the Hosted Services Model or for ATM Managed Services.

He should ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to the SLAs and processes in place.

Candidate Profile: Graduates / engineers with 10-20 years relevant experience. Must have
·          Extensive and in-depth knowledge of the functionalities of an ATM Switch.
·          Well versed in Unix O/S. Knowledge of Shell Programming would be an added advantage.
·          Good knowledge of ORACLE 10g or later version/s.
·          Thorough knowledge of understanding and articulating Business requirements to ensure appropriate ATM Switch configuration, parameterization, definition of products, customization etc..
·         Good knowledge of requirements especially of Interface with Core Banking Solution/s.
·         In depth knowledge of SAF and PBF.
·         Experience in Switch Certification process of any of the schemes like VISA, MasterCard etc..
·         Thorough knowledge of the Reconciliation requirements including ATM Cash Tallying.
·         Vendor management skills of a high order.
·         Lead the team from the front and inculcate confidence in the team by virtue of knowledge and skills.
