Roles and Responsibilities
Contract and risk management: ? Ensure compliance to agreed contract across customers ? Ensure adherence to contract changes management ? Ensure timely closure of all contract issues raised by the customer and program managers ? Review and drive mitigation plan for all the program level risks identified during presales, transition and sustenance Service Delivery and Transition/project manage ment ? Review and support program managers to deliver contracted SLA and deliverables ? Participate in steering committee reviews to ensure program governance objectives ? Carry out monthly program level performance review through Balance Score Card and provide support to ensure defined objectives are met People Management ? Mentor Program managers and develop them to achieve Wipro and custom er objectives ? Drive manager effectiveness index metrics and associated initiatives to ensure Employee satisfaction and motivation resulting in minimum attrition ? Plan and ensure employee training needs and reward recognitions Finance management: ? Review and drive financial objectives such as Gross margin, productivity, YOY growth, collections ? Review and drive sales in existing accounts to ensure maximum wallet share Practice and Quality Development: ? Being thought leader develop competency of the PMO as a center of Excellency for program management and project management practice ? Review and ensure Service Assurance, Service excellence and Service improvement programs ? Ensure compliance to Quality Management System.
Skills and Job Requirements
Work experience in Banking domain is required Educational qualification of BE and above Should have minimum experience of 15+ with handling large projects spread across geography Should have soun d financial management experience to drive revenue and profit growth Having god service delivery and IT operation background to understand IT infrastructure and applications Should have very large a nd senior members team in driving multiple programs Ready to travel across India extensively Excellent communication ? Spoken and writing and presentation skills Sound knowledge on Program managem ent practices and processes Ability to demonstrate leadership and build relationship with CIO/CEO of customer and Wipro leadership
