Total Experience:10-12 Years
Education Qualification:BE+MBA
* Should have 10 years of domain experience in manufacturing or service industry. Should have exposure to senior management requirements and pain points
* Should have experience in SAP consulting for 6 ~ 8 years as lead consultant/strategic consultant. Good exposure to balance score card/KPI determination and consulting
* Should have done atleast 3~4 consulting assignments for tier 1 companies. Good expertise in cost benefit analysis and usage of various tools in management reporting
* Hands on experience in understanding pain areas, designing solution and implementation for Indian as well as global clients.
* Be able to handle pre-sales for the product and convert leads to firm opportunities.
* Good analytical skills in handling the situation on the fly.
* Extremely good presentation skills.
* Need to develop practice for advisory services and generate projects.
* Ability to work in highly challenging assignments.
