The Position
Head HR (AVP) – Human Resources
Opportunity- To establish a Brand Nationally out of an Evolved Brand within its own industry
Location: Noida (Delhi NCR), India
Reporting to: Director & Founder
Education : MBA –HR preferably from Premier Institute (
XLRI/TISS/IIMs/XIM/ Symbiosis
Relevant Experience: :
Ø 10-15 years of progressive experience in the field of HR ( Preferably from “Best Workplaces” )
Ø Currently at Head HR / No 2 position in a mid to large size Company
Age : Up to 37 Years ( Avg age of Top Leadership is 35 Years)
