Location: Learning and Development Coordinator – Senior Consultant (6-8 years)
Profile Required: SC level (6-8 years minimum experience in similar work)
Location: Mumbai
Job Description :
* Work on analyzing the technical/ leadership training needs of the existing workforce & identifying gaps
* Identify level/ role based requirements for training programs and create training plans
* Help in creation of technical/soft-skill training programs based on business needs
* Designing internal BU level training calendar and liaison with organization level LnD team for fulfillment of the same
* Identifying/ Interacting with external vendors / alliance partners to avail best training opportunities
* Working out the logistics for execution of the training calendar
* Scheduling training courses
* Managing and tracking training information for the Trainings scheduled
* Definition of measurable individual training KPIs across levels and roles
* Monitoring fulfillment of individual training plans across the entire BU population
* Generating Reports for Daily Metrics and KPI metrics
* Create and execute train the trainer programs as needed
* Communication and resolution of all queries raised by the requestor of training
* In charge of all documentation related to BU requested trainings
* Preparing MIS report pertaining to participants and trainers
* Liaison with trainers, trainees & external stakeholders
* Implementing effective strategies for maintaining up to date records for audits
* Maintaining and updating the database and all other documents / reports pertaining the job functions
* Should have excellent personal, telephone and mail communications skills
