Qualification: BE / MBA from top institute

Position Description:
Incumbent will be responsible for managing, leading and mentoring the team of pre – sales executives to achieve the divisional goals. Must be able to handle engaging conversations including telephonic discussions at top level. Responsible for taking all first level qualification calls to escalate high quality leads to the sales team.  Appreciation & basic understanding of Execution in a Consulting set up – MR, Locational Analysis etc. Must be willing to work independently with very little supervision – should be a self starter who is hands on.

Must have deep knowledge of the Indian industry and latest developments in the Indian and the international markets. Prior exposure in dealing with foreign companies would be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Excellent presentation skills. Must have ability to interface with existing clients along with the client servicing team and have the ability to interact with top management of different companies in different cultures.

Experience in presales of high value products / services, preferably in consulting, high end IT products and services through telephone, mails etc. Must have experience of selling “consulting to international clients.
