Candidate should have good knowledge of HR & IR laws
Job responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for entire gamut of HR activities within the company
Ø Implementation of HR systems and Practices
Ø Responsible for Strategic Planning
Ø Responsible for manpower planning & execution
Ø Responsible for identifying possible attrition cases with functional heads and making action plan to control it
Ø Design and deliver training strategy based on key imperatives of the business
Ø Involved in formulating and implementing employee motivational programs, managing employee relations and introducing innovative HR practices across the company
Ø To conduct periodic organization climate / salary surveys and lead initiatives for improvement
Ø Responsible for Performance Management, succession planning, employee development initiatives etc
Ø Responsible for Organizational Development
Ø HR initiatives for process improvement. Working closely with various committees to entrench the desired culture in the organization.
Ø Guide business heads and managers in matters of industrial relations and manage industrial relations
Ø Ensure adherence to all legislation and corporate governance in human resource domain
Ø Handling the entire team of HR and building the team accordingly. Competencies Expected:
