Job Description
Be able to work collaboratively as part of a senior team to grow client’s brand strength as a superior strategic and delivery partner in the M&A space. The role is focused on increasing client’s presence across its segmented markets in the M&A arena, specifically addressing aggressive growth in the growth markets. The role is a classic senior consulting profile, with deep content experience in M&A as well as the ability to develop unique sales and value propositions for the external market extensive background in M&A lifecycle - valuations, due diligence, acquisition support, integration, post-merger integration, financial modeling ability to identify and lead sales opportunities and take them closure, including understanding pricing and contracts.
Sales and solutioning, relationship building and management exemplary integrity and values, teamwork and collaboration, team leadership and mentoring, delivery excellence, innovative thinking.
Top tier consulting firms such as McK, BCG etc. or people with an M&A pedigree derived out of extensive application in industries such as Banking and Financial Markets, Telco, T&T etc.
Total 16 or more years of education required
Total 15 or more years of experience required
Minimum 11 to 14 years of relevant work experience required
Prefered Candidates based in Gurgaon, Delhi , Noida
