Key Responsibilities
.        Co-strategize and manage the complete staffing plan through multiple sourcing channels with focus on cost, cycle time budgeted v/s actual and sourcing mix matrices.
.        Drive the Employee Referral & Internal Recruitment Programs.
.        Responsible for the Entire life cycle of Recruitment .
.        Responsible for Volume Hiring.
.        Should be excellent at Relationship Management & Networking.
.        Should have a team handling experience.
.        Target-Oriented Person, should be a good team player.

The Selected candidate should be:
. Should be an MBA Graduate from Premiere Institute.
. Should have experience in Volume hiring at least for 3-7 Years.
. Excellent Communication and convincing skills
. Strong in market Knowledge in respect of technology (IT/Non IT) & salary trends
. Should believe in Smart work
