Location: I would like to introduce myself as Pranitha, working as Sr. Consultant
with Proctor . We are an Executive Search firm based in Mumbai and are
currently looking out for training professionals for one of our clients.

Designating: - Manager Training
Organisation :- A Leading Manufacturing company
Experience – 4 - 6 years
Qualification: - : Any Graduate (Prefer someone with MA Psychology )
Location:-
Mumbai (Local candidates only)
The role mainly involves managing the training calendar and
identifying training needs across corporate and factory personnel over the
entire range of soft skills, personality and technical training. Will also have
to build, manage and conduct the entire induction programmes, skill assessment
and people profiling for the organization. Would prefer a Male candidate as the role requires extensive travel and also because of the nature of the industry.
