I am looking for Sr. Finance Manager with CA qualified and CPA certifications. Please go through the JD:

Candidate profile:
The candidate should possess a strong desire to be part of a fast-paced, deadline driven, team player environment. He must have excellent accounting, analytic, quantitative and forecasting skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, outside-the-box thinker with familiarity with Financial Applications.

Designation: Sr. Manager - Global Finance.

Reporting: Head - Global Finance

Job Responsibilities:

    * Managing global accounting, finance and reporting functions of the company.
    * Timely closing of books of accounts as per US GAAP and IGAAP etc.
    * Possess good knowledge of Statutory Audit & Internal Audits.
    * Possess good knowledge on General Ledger, Consolidations, Financial Accounting and SOX Compliance etc.
    * Should hold excellent knowledge on AP, AR, Payroll, FA and other relevant areas.
    * Responsible for monthly, quarterly, half yearly MIS to the management.
    * Possess good knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, costing etc.
    * Excellent knowledge of IFRS will be an added advantage.
    * Taking cost control initiatives.
    * Finding gaps and automating of critical processes.

Qualification required:

    * Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 12+ years of experience post qualification required.
    * CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification is must.

Others Skills:

    * Team Management.
    * Excellent communication Skills
    * Good exposure on Excel.
    * Knowledge of PeopleSoft or ERP or SAP will be an added advantage.
