Location: Currently looking for BI trainer for leading IT service provider. The details for position as follows:
Designation: Manager / Asst Manager - Technical Trainer (BI)
Purpose: To impart technical training to new joinees and existing employees of company as per the established guidelines and parameters
Job Role:
Apart from imparting technical training s/he is also responsible for assisting in lab; ensuring lab is maintained and works on installation of required software required during the trainings. S/he is also required to upgrade his / her technical skills on an ongoing basis. This job entails delivering technical training, designing course content if not existing in that particular area, imparting trainings as per scheduled programs, evaluating quiz and assignments and assisting participants in the lab on the practical aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
* To conduct technical training (50%)
* To facilitate the practical during the training in the lab (20%)
* To assess technical skills of participants through various assignments and quizzes as per the established parameters during trainings. (10%)
* To upgrade his / her own technical skills consistently and as per requirement and to share knowledge with colleagues. (10%)
* Other work (courseware upgrade, lab maintenance etc.) (10%)
Dimensions:
* Number of initial trainings conducted.
* Number of improvement trainings conducted
* Number of participants
* Number of training days.
* Volume of data, reports, analysis
Skills: Technical skills required:
Business Intelligence (BI), Data Stage, Data warehouse, Cognos, Business Objects, Informatica/Informatics etc
Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of experience in imparting training.
