Location: Bangalore / Mumbai
Job Responsibilities :
• Implement recruiting and sourcing strategies with the product unit heads to ensure that they are in line with the business needs, recruiting policies and market positioning.
• Understand the trends in the external marketplace to ensure the continued ability to hire best people. Provide strategic market data and competitor intelligence to the Staffing Head and the senior leadership team.
• Accountable for execution of the recruiting process and act to ensure its continued improvement. Participate in creating & implementing strategies to increase efficiency of the various sourcing avenues.
• Ensure that the standard metrics for recruitment is being tracked and met for the client groups - cycle time, cost per hire, source, offer acceptances.
Candidate Profile: * 7 to 14 years of experience in Recruitment. * Deep knowledge of Recruitment is must. * MBA / PG is preferred.
