Location: I am looking for Senior Manager-Global Finance-Mumbai for an IT CMM level 5 service based company.For more detail find the below Job Spec.
CA and CPA(Must) 12+yrs expierence.
Designation: Sr. Manager - Global Finance.
Reporting: Head - Global Finance
Job Responsibilities:
· Managing global accounting, finance and reporting functions of the company.
· Timely closing of books of accounts as per US GAAP and IGAAP etc.
· Possess good knowledge of Statutory Audit & Internal Audits.
· Possess good knowledge on General Ledger, Consolidations, Financial Accounting and SOX Compliance etc.
· Should hold excellent knowledge on AP, AR, Payroll, FA and other relevant areas.
· Responsible for monthly, quarterly, half yearly MIS to the management.
· Possess good knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, costing etc.
· Excellent knowledge of IFRS will be an added advantage.
· Taking cost control initiatives.
· Finding gaps and automating of critical processes.
Qualification required:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 12+ years of experience post qualification required.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification is must.
Others Skills:
· Team Management.
· Excellent communication Skills
· Good exposure on Excel.
· Knowledge of PeopleSoft or ERP or SAP will be an added advantage.
