Location:     Job Description:
    The candidate is expected to perform in the following areas:
    - To lead change management initiatives across different change management offerings. He/She should have ability to work across sectors.
    - To be able to do internal business development, selling OCS GD capabilities to worldwide client facing teams
    - To be able to develop a storyboard for responding to RFPs where OCS SO's are being positioned
    - To be able to mentor a team of OCS consultants, adding value to their skills and competencies
    - To foster an overall climate of collaborative, participative and motivated consultants
    - Provide thought leadership in the area of Change Management
    - To have business understanding of business and propose case for Change Management.
    - To understand the advanced principles of change management
    - To be able to develop governance model for project team incorporating reporting relationships, interactions, escalation matrix etc
    - To enable innovation in OCS workproducts, templates and tools.

    Location: Bangalore, NCR, Mumbai and Pune

    Experience: 8-15 years of relevant experience

    Required Qualification: MBA from a Premier Institute (Indian or international) , Excellent academic records throughout.

    Preferred Experience: Prior experience in leading and managing an end to end change management project in multiple industries and across different type of Change offering for e.g. TDCM, M&A, and Organization redesign. Shared services, Prior experience in any of the strategic pillars - Stakeholder Management, Communications, Training, Organization Design and Culture Transformation
