The JV was established by end 2007 as a subsidiary of HUL. The partners are HUL and the Smollan Group (based out of South Africa , www.smollan.co.za).
Smollan Group has proven track in field marketing and
* proven capabilities in in-store execution
* Global Merchandising partnerships - China, Europe, USA, Australia, South Africa
* International operations with Unilever/others in AMET and China
HFS will manage the execution arm for Hindusthan Unilever Limited for Modern Trade Business as now but might take up similar activities for other Brands too.
Given below is a brief outline of the role that the person will be performing.
HR Role description: Generalist HR Profile:
- Responsible for Manpower Planning / OE- oragnizational efectiveness (looking at employee productivity/ right structure etc)/ Recruitment & selection for PAN India.
- Statutory Compliance
- 3rd party management – compliance, manpower planning, remuneration, incentives, maintenance of SLAs
- Payroll and Remuneration
- HR Administration
Team Size: Two Members
Current Employee Strength: 5000
Must be a Indian citizen
Must be a MBA – HR for a premier institute.
