Job Code: 13480 Location: Purpose of the Job • Managing sales and relationship with assigned Nokia branded partner hosted, own stores & NSP outlets to achieve targets for sales and other operative KPIs. • Working across functions to ensure that the execution of TCO elements in NBR & NSP stores achieves sales objectives and delivers in store presence / consumer experience
Objectives
(Key Result Tasks) - Store selection: Implement robust partner identification and selection programs, proposing appropriate potential NPDs & NSP's to LSU. - Responsible for sales performance, store quality and business model compliance at the assigned NPD's & NSP stores - Responsible for relationship management with the store personnel and retail partners - Ensures that the LSU has the key NSP enablers in-place and monitors their performance - Responsible for implementing daily/weekly/monthly planning and review processes with the assigned stores and retail partners - Responsible for sales planning, sell-out/sell-through visibility, sales target setting and reporting with the partner stores - Responsible for planning and executing sales&marketing activities at the assigned stores with the retail partner - Monitor compliancy of store brand and experience, sales execution and staff competences and execute corrective actions - Ensure GTM and retail marketing priorities are planned and executed at the outlet level with the SU Program Managers. Deliver Category Management at NSP & NBR stores. - Together with retail marketing, execute tactical in-store marketing initiatives and promotions locally - Consolidate and report retailer feedback on consumers, competition and Nokia products - Ensure that global sales planning, sales visibility and other sales operations processes are in place - Provide leadership & direction to Retail ASM's, play an influencer role at the RMT - Ensure that channel-wise (NBR & NSP) sales planning is done at LSU level

Professional Skills - MBA degree in technology, Economy, Business or related field. - Excellence in execution - Very strong retail sector knowledge and retail operations management - Proven track record in complex program management - Broad understanding in retail business models and partner management eg in franchise business - Strong experience in partner and contractual framework management - Experience in building business cases - Solid understanding as well as experience in designing and implementing business processes and supporting IT tools - Knowledge about key customers, competitors and global markets
