Location: A leading alcohol beverage distribution organisation in the UAE is looking
for a Marketing Manager -Beer to be based in Dubai. A brief job description
is given below
*Role and responsibilities*
- Drive the growth of the Beer category in the business, achieving and
building market leadership
- Develop and oversee the effective implementation of the strategic beer
brand trade marketing programs in the UAE/Oman and specifically in the
On-Trade and Retail sales channels
*Experience *
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing Category marketing
plans successfully.
- Demonstrated success in increasing distribution, volume and GP in the
business.
- The ability to influence and effect partnerships between individuals
and groups with varying agendas and goals.
- A passion for and knowledge what influences and drives the consumer
goods market.
- Excellent commercial acumen and a track record of creating value for
the business.

Skills
*
- Indepth understanding of the Marketing function and the ability to convert
brand plans into executable trade marketing plans
- Passion and high levels of initiative together with a keen sense of desire
to see results of initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within
a multicultural environment.
- The ability to influence, inspire and engage Sales teams focus on the
Marketing deliverables through understanding and empathy.
- Ability to plan ahead and assign tasks, resources to achieve deliverables.

Education and Career
*
- Post graduate degree from the premier institutes
- 5- 7 years of experience in the FMCG / Beverage industry of which at least
3 years should be in a Marketing role.
- A deep knowledge and understanding of Sales and Marketing processes in the
business.
- Evidence of continuous personal and professional development in recent
years.
The position is based in Dubai and salary is not a constraint for the right
candidate.
