Our client is a global MNC in Consumer Healthcare and has its base in Mumbai.  

Role: - Category Manager (Experience of 4-7 years + Full time MBA from Premier Institutes only)

Target Industry – FMCG

Location: - Mumbai

Reports into: - Marketing Director – India

Position & Responsibilities

    * Implementing marketing strategies to maximize the reach of the products to the end consumers.
    * Developing and implementing effective customer loyalty programs
    * Approving brand usages in advertising initiatives created by vendors
    * Developing promotional themes and events and product launches
    * Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
    * Developing strategic marketing plans for a product and product line through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business plans
    * Develop pricing and packaging strategies of the product
    * Exploiting opportunities to raise customer / market awareness of the product

 

Ideal Candidate
An Ideal candidate would have the following characteristics: -

    * Experience of 4-7 years in brand management/marketing in FMCG MNC.
    * Full time MBA/PG from Tier 1 Institutes from IIM, FMS, XLRI, MDI, IMT-G, NMIMS, SIBM, SCMHRD, TAPMI, XIM-B, XISS, SP JAIN, JBIMS only.
    * Ideal passing batch of 2002/2003/2004/2005.
