Key Deliverables:

 ·         Significantly enhance the organizational capability by providing leading-edge training and education solutions

·         Act as a catalyst for cultural change based on candor, aggression and drive for results

·         Assess functional and behavioural training needs emanating from business objectives, design training modules and   implement the training calendar

·         Manage the Competency Framework for the organization and run appropriate Assessment / Development Centres

·         Collaborate with HODs and other HR team members in driving organization development initiatives

·         Interface with the Group HR forum for Leadership Development initiatives

·         Manage the internal communications portfolio for the organisation

 

Preferred Profile:

 ·                       Female, MBA - HR (2 yrs full time) from a top-tier institution, an independent “out-of-the-box” thinker

·         4 to 7 years (post MBA) of experience in Training & Development / Organisation Development / Talent Management.

·         Experience in designing and implementing leadership development programs and assessment centres

·         Familiarity with competency framework, e-learning systems and knowledge management methodology

·         High on drive, perseverance and execution excellence

·         A good communicator and team player
