Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning: Develop, Create and Implement rolling 5 year strategic plan for S&M CoE across all service verticals . This involves extensive inputs from various business functions (sales, marketing, ISCM, Customer support etc.) , macro economic environment, industry analysis and competitive benchmarking. Identify new growth areas, validate same through primary & secondary research & create organizational awareness to support overall implementation of strategic plan. Effectively link five years strategic plan with short term business goals (AOP) and organization structure .
End to end Account Management : Develop and maintain Excellent relations with stake holders and Clients and be their SPOC for e2e Biz needs identification and channelize effective service delivery. Create and sustain value proposition, competitive benchmarking, Opportunity Identification and conversion .
Project Management and Service Delivery : Drive Effective Service delivery and Project Management on Quality , Cost and Delivery parameters keeping high standard on C-Sat and E-Sat. Drive optimum resource Utilization and ongoing productivity in the project life cycle.
Organizational Support: Support in annual goal setting, results tracking and reporting processes focused on VOC metrics and account management. Carry out Performance Management , People management , Growth and development of the teams . Global Alignment: To proactively network with global sales & marketing organizations across all SBG / SBUs and draw required support and alignment for success of the CoE Goals and Objectives.
Essential Skills & Competencies:
- Proven Account Management experience in a Global , diversified work culture. - Excellent Project Management Skills - Experience in Sales and/or marketing . Strong Quantitative and analytical ability (Sales /Marketing functions) analytics/consulting/financial analytics/ Business advisory/Business Research - Excellent Communication skills - Should be able to work in virtual teams and drive performance of the different verticals - Should have prior experience in handling KPO assignment aligned to overseas client - Good Team Management Skills - Willing to travel and work in flexible timings as per the business needs . - Should have prior experience in business development role in project selling mode . - Should be a Self starter and creative in assembling new service offerings.
Desirable :
• Working (hands-on) knowledge of statistical / data modeling tools is a plus. • Six Sigma certification is preferred but not mandatory.
