Profile for Business Analyst-
Experience: 5-9 years
* Conducting market research to supportbank and non bank Financial Institutions
* Leads research and analysis to explore business opportunities, evaluates alternatives and make strategy recommendations.
* Keeping abreast of local regulations and guidelines
* Understanding the local financial market and keeping track of changes and developments in the market
* Develops and implements processes to formalize strategy development, implementation and measurement
* Work closely with other business partners / stakeholders and leverage the companies corporate support functions where possible.
* Contribute to the identification and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators.
* Undertake SWOT analysis of various bank and non bank Financial Institutions to determine the best fit should the Bank look for a local partner.
* Ability to analyse financial statements of companies in the Financial Services sector.
* May be responsible for coordinating BCM/Pandemic processes and supporting regulatory /compliance related initiatives affecting operational risk
